Our most popular buying program is called the Perfect Tenant Program. Currently, most of our buyers purchase a home through this program. We match a tenant/buyer with a home they would like to purchase, and then through a Lease Option process we get you to live in the home while you work on qualifying for the loan to purchase the house. We have a very strict screening process that also pairs you up with a mortgage broker who will help you qualify for that loan. We do not want renters for this program, only serious home buyers!
Our tenant/buyers win by getting to own a home in a shorter amount of time than it would take them if they were trying to buy conventionally, as well as being able to immediately occupy their new home, while qualifying for a loan. We have created a system that creates the paperwork that mortgage lenders look for when qualifying people for loans to assist our tenant/buyers. In addition, we give our tenant/buyers immediate credit tips to assist in the loan qualification process.
This is a great program if you have some dings in your credit or no credit at all, are self-employed, just recently divorced and looking to rebuild, etc.
