- Terms we work out together – Our most popular terms agreement is called a Lease Option. This is a win-win-win situation for you (the seller), our company, and the tenant/buyer. You, as the seller of the house, win by receiving the assurance of knowing that while the house is being sold, all of the expenses are taken care of, the house is maintained, and you are receiving all of the tax benefits associated with being a landlord, with none of the management responsibilities.

We are professional investors and do expect to make a profit, so if you are looking to sell your house above market price, we may not be the answer for you.
